#FastFact your eyes can get a sunburn

#FastFact bright light sources can cause an eye sunburn know as photokeratitis. It occurs when the cornea, the cells on the outer layers of your eyes are exposed to natural or artificial bright light sources as UV rays from the sun or tanning beds. When your eyes get burned symptoms include swollen and painful eyes, redness, tearing as well as a blurred vision. To prevent this painful eye condition always wear sunglasses while facing the sun or bright light.
